I've used this Firestone and they do quality work. I had my alternator pully come off on I-17 and took it to them and had a new pulley and belt on within 2 hours. Excellent service. Jim Copus
Firestone has various inspections. Free courtesy check with an oil change will inspect tires, belts, hoses and fluid levels. It will top off windshield washer solvent and power steering if they are found low. Any other low fluids may indicate more inspection is required, and are not topped off as they can mask an underlying condition. Complete vehicle inspection is normally on sale for $9.99 (normally $21.99), and checks all of the above as well as brake measurements and suspension components. Tires also get rotated when they are reinstalled after the inspection is performed. Those are the 2 most common inspections at firestone.
Yes you get a free courtesy check with an oil change or you can get a CVI which is a complete vehicle inspection for about $10
Julie, I used to live right down the road from this Firestone and it's the only place I took my truck to be worked on or serviced. Straight as an arrow honest, looks for opportunities to save you money and everything was done right the first time. I recommend them every chance I get.
