Your fluid has nothing to do with your brake lights check the bulbs also check your brake switch at the brake pedal if you can't get them to work than visit your fair oaks technician. Good luck!
Brake light switch, fuses/circuit breaker or wireing problem. If its 2010 or newer it can be tricky
