I bought a car from here last Friday. I bought a used Ford Explorer Platinum. I called and asked them about my out the door price before coming in. To my surprise they gave it to me over the phone! They were transparent. No fluff, no extra fees. My salesman Stevie was very professional. He walked me thru all the forms I had to sign. No stereotypical car salesman vibe. No fake trips to the boss. I was not hustled. Just professional no pressure selling. I brought in my own lender. I was not pressured to use their financing. I walked out with a beautiful car and a great deal on a bumper to bumper warranty. The salesman did everything I asked. That car was detailed, with plates on, and ready for pickup as soon as they got my check from the bank. Highly recommend this dealership, I will come back for all my car servicing at a minimum. Don't change guys!

Rescinded a goodwill repair because I refused to accept an unfair lease buyout price. Never even notified me they wouldn’t complete the repair. I had to call and find out. So much for “goodwill” UNFAIR OAKS FORD
