Hello Veronica. Your mom will need to have a referral placed by her PIMC primary care provider for an Audiology consult. If she doesn't have a designated primary care provider at PIMC, she can be seen at our STAR Clinic for the referral. Once our Audiology department receives the referral, she will be scheduled with audiology. We do provide hearing aids at no cost if she meets eligibility requirements such as living in the IHS Phoenix Area.
