Where is the STAR Clinic located?

Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC) | Oct 20, 2019

You'll need to be seen by our primary care clinic. However, if you're currently in pain you can come to the STAR Clinic and they'll help you.Primary care is open Monday - Friday and STAR Clinic is open 7 days a week. Please bring Tribal ID and state or federal ID. Find a map of our facility here https://www.ihs.gov/phoenix/healthcarefacilities/phoenix/campus-map/. STAR Clinic is located in the Main Hospital.

ID. Tribal Cib card. Social security card. And any insurance card. Probably need to be seen at primary care first to get a referral to a specialist
