I agree also it seems that some of the employees really not into their job.

I had great service and i went in the afternoon on a weekday

I have had bad experiences too. So many that i decided to stop going to george dieter and start going to other locations
I assume you're speaking specifically about the manager because the individuals that pick up your plates when you are done eating are always friendly and respectful.
Always had great service there.
Our service has always been great at that location, don't think we've ever had a problem...we usually go there for dinner, so might have to do with the time of day as well, busier during lunch
