Does rusty spokes still do bike donation to the low income?
If there are any donated on hand and they do restore the donated bikes. 😇
Also there is a place called rusty spokes that refurbishes and gives out bikes to those in need. They are only open Wednesdays.
If they have available you might be able to borrow on their sign up plan
