I can't upgrade to Windows 11 the only problems I have is I only have TPM 1.2 and not 2.0, and my CPU (which is an Intel Core i5-6300U) isn't supported. Would it be an expensive endeavor to meet the system requirements?

You should still be able to upgrade.. MS loosened the TPM requirements.
