I have to commend this company for standing behind not only their work, but the vendors that buy from them. We had counters installed 3 separate times by a company that bought from rolling stone and ever time this company cut them wrong or it was the wrong color. Michael with Rolling Stone came out and owned it and covered it despite not being in the wrong. In a day and age where everyone just kicks the can, they stood by it. Amazing for a company to do that despite it not being their fault. I would absolutely use them again, just maybe with a different installer :)

Thank you Wendy and Julian. Just wanted let you know what a GREAT company you guys are. It is my experience that normally once you paid someone to do something you are never going to see them again. Not so with ROLLING STONE. You came out immediately and fixed my sink. The guys did a fantastic job. I would give you a 6 star review if I could. Thanks Again Kevin

Worst customer service ever experienced!!! Unbelievable First we called for an appointment around 3.30 pm. The girl didn’t seem to like that because they are closing at 4 pm. I guess she was afraid to stay a few minutes longer. We were looking for Quartz. She showed us a rack with samples, explaining there are no price levels for Quartz, and we’d have to pick what we like, then they’d give our builder an estimate. We told her we need to know what is more or less expensive, unfortunately she was either not able or willing to tell us. So we looked at the samples…they were so dusty, you couldn’t even recognize the color. We asked for a rag to clean them, she said, they didn’t have one…. She was absolutely not willing to help us. So we asked if they have a bathroom, so we could use some toilet paper to wipe the dust off. She brought us some toilet paper, and while we cleaned the samples, we asked if they would hire (joke). She answered “yes, but we wouldn’t hire you “! That said, we were so shocked and upset, we left. Luckily, there are a lot of other Granite companies that might train their employees, how to treat customers! What a shame… 0 stars !!!
