Why would we have to pay rent when the whole apartment is flooded and not livable?

They didn’t give out the option to move out. Renters had to stay obligated to their lease. DONT MOVE HERE THEY HAVE MOLD INSIDE

Another thing we moved in February.. The weigh room always had bad kids playing on the equipment to the point you would have to leave.. Then in May it broke down and wasn't fixed the remainder of the time we lived there.. It was just for show! The pictures online look nothing like it.. The apartments are also not that nice and if u go view them check for mold in the corners and pantry....

Rent became do when people had sheetrock and their suite was painted. I know that they gave rental credits as well and they gave everyone an option to move and get out of their lease when the flood happened.
