Start with the class that fits with your schedule and the class description aligns with what you are seeking. Once you attend a class you can discuss more in detail with the instructor on what poses you can do at home to accompany your weight loss goals.
Meaning which class to take? I think the levels should be explained but i might start with something gentle at first. if you're up for it after that maybe try a heated class? They're challenging classes so be aware but the heat helps to limber people up.
