I have never had such a horrible experience with a pediatric service. The check-in staff are some of the rudest people I’ve ever had to speak with or work with, and the entire way the clinic is run is disorganized and inconsistent. I had called the previous day about a concern for my daughter, and was told that I could bring her in from 8-8:30 for walk in and that she’d been seen. I came at 8:15 and was turned away because they had already filled up their walk-in slots. I would like to see some consistency when it comes to information being told to parents. It should be mentioned that there are limited spots and that’s it’s not a guaranteed thing to be seen, otherwise I would’ve taken my hurt child to Urgent Care instead. I understand that maybe there aren’t enough providers to see more than 8 people, however the tone of voice and rudeness that I received from the staff is why I am taking my time to write this review. I have had similar experiences with the staff like this before and it baffles me that they are allowed to speak to patients in this way.

This Pediatrics is the worst!!!! Grand daughter sick and they wouldn't even write her prescription. She congested, running nose!!! Will see if I can file a complaint with the NC Board of Pediatrics. With all the other complaints they should even be able to operate in the state of North Carolina.

This place is simply awful. We waited 40 mins for our appointment, the staff was rude and in absolutely no hurry to do their job. I’ll never come back to this doctors office.

Well i call an call an can be on hold for a hour an a half an nobody can answer the phone an when they do answer the phone they try to say it a no show i done my part an tried to call 2 hours a head an because they didnt do theres they told me that if he missed a appointment that they wasnt going to see him anymore Do better Burlington Pediatrics And take responsibility for y'all's actions and y'all not doing right have a great day

Thank you asking your question. All three of our offices open at 8:30 AM for walk in urgent care appointments. Our staff is dedicated during this time to check in patients that are in the office. We offer scheduled appointments starting at 9:30AM if you prefer. We are happy to schedule a same day appointment for you. You can sent us a request via your portal account or you can call after 9AM.
