I bought my fishing license there on the 18th, I was told my stickers for the boat would come in the mail. Have not.The compass portal is useless, what now?

Go to the MVA on Eastern Avenue and speak to a DNR rep and tell them you have not received your sticker. They will give you one in person, make sure you take your paper license with you for proof of purchase.
