Waaay better than Pieology
Hello! We are excited to tell you that all of our dough, except gluten free crusts, are made in house every day. And yes our fermentation is 2 days, so we can't use the dough until day 3 for it to be just perfect! I have not tried Pizology so I couldn't compare, but I'm sure you will love our crust and soz (sauces). Most of our pizza sauces are made in-house daily, and all of our wing soz is made in-house daily. Give us a try and let us know what you think!
