I had the worst experience at the extreme pizza on Yarbrough. I called in an order at 3:05 and got there 10 minutes later to their drive thru. When we got there the cashier couldn't find my order. She went to the back and suddenly found it. She took my card and said to drive to the front and it'll be out shortly. Well shortly ended up being 3:38. This entire time we were waiting in the heat. I called the manager and he said he didn't get the order until 3:15 and how fast did I want it. I told him I'd go inside to show him what time I placed the order at 3:05. So I did. Automatically he was rude, stating how could I make an order in 1 minute. Then I said how long does it take to say " I want 2 large pepperoni pizzas?" I told him he wasn't providing good customer service. Then he said "Don't you have air conditioning in your car?" Can you believe him? Then he said " Give me my pizza back and I'll give you your money back." That was his solution! I said I wasn't going to give him the pizza back but he should give me my money back. He called the police instead of doing what's right. Don't go there.. the pizza sucks anyway.

So ordered through door dash in which the store does not communicate with the app. Waited past the time the app told me that it was in route. Driver couldn’t even come on post so had to meet him by the visitor center. Wings were over cooked and had hardly any sauce on them. Pasta was overly salty with no real flavor of Alfredo and the small pizza was crushed in. Either pull yourself off door dash or better your service

Called in my order and then they gave me my total over the phone. When I got to the restaurant to pick up my food they where trying to over charge me by 16 dollars. And when I told them what happened all they did was read the receipt over and over and pulled the girl away so I couldn't make her tell them that she had messed up. No the first time this happens here but this time was over the limit. Not to mention that their online menu is wrong and they don't even honor the prices they have on the restaurant either. Get name of person that took your order over the phone or record the conversation so they have to honor the prices!!!!

I want to give a shout out to the owner of Yarbrough n Montwood locations. My mother had such a bad experience at a different location. The owner Brian had nothing to do with the experience we had in the lower valley location but he went out of his way to make sure my mother got what she ordered. She had a horrific experience in the lower valley location where the manager did not handle the situation correctly and Brian stepped up to fix the mistake without him charging her anything. An expense he took to make the situation right. For that.. my mother n our family will drive to his locations from now on to show a business how taking care of your customers earns you the loyalty of those customers who appreciate it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Thank you Brian for going out of your way to make things right.

Well, they are only available from 3pm to 5pm every day. But am not sure about ordering them over the phone.
