This is my first time going here I do have a medical card will I have to fill out forms since its my first time and if so whats the latest I can arrive to be seen the same day

You will have to fill out a short form if you are a first time visitor bit it will not take you long at all.

Hi Brandon, As long as you arrive within our open hours (10 AM-8 PM, and 10 AM-5 PM on Sundays), we will be able to serve you. If you are being mindful of your time, I would suggest coming 15-20 minutes before closing.
