This place has just progressively gotten worse over the years I’ve come. There needs to be a real organized system and people dedicated specifically to sticking and finishing off. There have been times where I’ve been done for an hour and the person unsticks everyone else and skips the people in my row for no reaso The place can become better if it tries, but seeing as neither the management respects the staff nor the staff the management that will not happen. Favoritism is a thing and it’s called those who are stuck and unstuck. If you know someone there you can get stuck within 5 minutes. If you do not be prepared to wait up to an hour.
Normally a 2+ hour wait. Although last Thursday I was in and out in less than an hour
Over worked and understaffed.
