So how bad is this place now?

Its Super Bad It Take You Almost 5hours To Donate And 2 To Get Stuck

I have been going twice a week for about a year and I can't speak for before that but since I've been going This place is great it don't take that long typically in and out within 1 and half hours. i have never had a bad stick or any problems the only issue I have ever had is my money not being available immediately after donating in which case I simply went to front desk and they fixed the problem right then. so personally I don't understand the bad reviews

Hey girl this place does SUCK big time!! One of the staff I told him I had bone-to-bone knee problem in r knee and lived in a group home. I'm a big girl....so he found a way to snitch and keep me from donating. When u call corporate, u get the run around, no one answers, mailbox full a bla bla bla. So APPEARANTLY, this place has allot of complaints cuz no one wants to deal w the complaints!! Go to another plasma donation center cuz this one sucks!!
