If i understand your question .... Call a neighbor or family to go pick it up for you if it has already been delivered... unless it required a signature then you would have to pick it up at the UPS customer service
The drivers do not always leave it right on the front door. Look in places that it could be hidden. If still no sign, you can contact UPS through their facebook page or there should be a number to call on the Info Notice.
