Why does Steven's force drivers to park in a locked side storage lot without even basic bathroom facilities if the fenceline is full? You have to wait for someone to notice you and open it, then cross an uncontrolled street, so it's not for safety.

You can open the gate from inside the secondary lot. You just need to get the code for it. They do that because the owner doesn't like seeing all the Bob tails just sitting on the yard.

So they manufacture an unsafe scenario, excessive crossing over an uncontrolled street to appease the owner's aesthetic demands, while claiming safety is a top priority? Ignoring the safety hazard of having to cross an uncontrolled street at night to use a bathroom, the gate key you mentioned is not even common knowledge, every time I ask someone who works on the yard for the key, I'm told I have to ask someone in a yard truck or golf cart to open the gate with their remote.
