Black Level means access to any Planet Fitness, and the spa features they have are 2 massage chairs, 2 hydro massage beds, tanning beds and red light therapy room

Black level means you can use any planet fitness in the United States not just location you applied at and the Spa consists of vibrating chairs I believe tanning booth and possibly a shower
