The op was not about insufficient staff. The op stated there were NO CUSTOMERS and two staff and he was STILL on hold when he arrived. So, Blane, respond to the post (if you can). Maybe check the roster for the night op went and fire those two.
Sherry, I am sorry to hear this. We always try to make sure we have enough staff on the schedule to properly serve our guests. Sometimes people are unable to get to work, and the restaurant can end up "short-handed," but this is rare. I hope you give us another try.
