They have many BBQ pits to use and a fire pit close to the trail. I don't think they want to making a fire on the actual trail. Or making anything as big as a bonfire in the park it's self. But, I have a video with the trail rules on my YouTube channel. Otherwise, I'd call the park for exact rules.
There is a spot that you can build a bonfire at it even has sitting area circling it. Good luck I always get lost finding.
I dont think any houston parks allow bonfires, you may have to find an open field or know someone with private land.
