Each side has a sign with the weights. Just make sure that you clean up after your dog. Otherwise, it will result in a citation for failing to pick up after them. Also, do not leave valuables in your car at this park unless you want them to disappear. Other than that enjoy! Remember you can call 911 for life or death emergencies, or 281-463-6666 for all other issues.
If he weighs approx. 20 lbs...best to be on the big side. And, it would be nice to have his vaccinations at hand...but not needed.
At that age it's okay to use the small side depending on your dogs temperament until they are able to handle the big dogs.
Bug dog size for peace of mind if nothing else. No record needed. But definitely have them current and display the rabies tag. Have fun!
Big side. My lab is 11 months and I have never used a small side at any dog park. As far as the vacation record the only thing really needed is the rabies tag on his/her collar. No one will ask, but vaccinated dogs are required to display it. I hope you have a good experience. The people here are typically pretty decent. Enjoy your lab!
