Hello there!. Well yes I'm pretty sure that they have heaters there. what they probably do is they don't turn up the heat??.. And or sometimes they don't even have the heaters on so you have to say something to the manager and just anybody that works there?!. Because I know this one time when me and my family went it was so cold and my mom and grandpa have problems with their hands because of carpal tunnel syndrome. You know and so anyways I had to go and track some one that worked their and ask them to turn up the heater!. So that way it would not be so cold for my mom and grandpa too!. So yeah. You just have to ask??... And they will work with you!. You know!. So yeah well have the most wonderful day ever!..
It's more sanitary for cold. Heat doubles bacteria
Ask the manager for assistance.... or they will accommodate you to a warmer section.
They should have a heater. If not immediately ask the manager so you'll know ASAP

I'm sure they do have them but because they have all the Heat going on in the back they want to cool down but what they don't understand is that all our food gets cold so you don't really get to enjoy it
Last time I went it was cold
With all the heat they have going with food warmers and cooking areas, they probably try to keep the place cooler for the customers, but it can get too cold.
