Yes. They can go by themselves but in the membership there has to be an adult as the owner of the membership.
Yes but someone 18 and over needs to walk around with that person. Due to they can go into the daycare with the little kids.

Well you'll probably need a parent when you sign up, but when you start going regularly you can go by yourself. I heard about a rule there where if youre under 16 your supposed to be accompanied by an adult but I see younger kids walk in all the time.
