Got charged 2 hours minimum for my kids to play there. I won't take my kids there anymore. really disappointing.

This place is getting worse and worse...They have just started charging a minimum of two hours per person (as if people have nothing to do but play out there). I was surprised by this today and even check-in agents didn't know about it till they were corrected. So, that was my final visit because if this rip-off 2-hour minimum charge. There is a lot of turnover at this place. Managers seem to change every weekend. There are no consistent standards. Several times, they open late. When they open, the premises are not fully ready for business. Staff are often seen playing and jumping up and down instead of doing their jobs or clearing ways for paying customers.

The place is fun for toddlers. However, employees seem to hate the jobs and are rather irresponsible. There are some dangerous traps parents should be aware of.

Hosted my son's birthday party at JW entertainment Allen and it was an amazing experience. Place was clean and everything was well taken care of. Our host Hamna was very kind and went out of her way to help us with all the arrangements. Also, the event manager Dia was extremely helpful and patient to answer all our questions and accommodate the changes we requested. Kids had an amazing time. I would highly recommend this place to anyone planning to host a kids party. Five stars all the way!
