I've been visiting this location for the last six years and have never has a single issue. Employees are welcoming and feel genuine with their greeting. It can get busy at times but they get that line down pretty quickly. It's pretty impressive!

UPDATE: My husband went in today to drop off the packages Lori refused to allow me to leave the day prior. There was a long line of customers waiting to get assistance with their unlabeled packages. As he walked in, he watched the woman in front of him just drop packages on the side counter and walk out. A nice young male employee saw my husband and told him he could just drop them where she did if they were ready to go. I am relieved these employees didn't take their customer relations cues from Lori. I imagine this store has remained successful based on the behavior of the hourly employees behaving in opposition to the owner of the store. Keep doing the right thing, gentlemen. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Lori, the owner, was pretty awful when I came in with a sleeping baby to drop off a few pre-labeled packages. This location used to have a box at the front to drop off pre-labeled packages, but I didn’t see it, so I asked Lori if I could drop off on the side. She spoke to me in a way I’ve never been spoken to, chastising me for asking. I’m not sure if she’s ever had children, but she could be kinder to those coming in with a stack of boxes and a baby and just needing to drop them off without needing a receipt. It’s sad that it was the owner of the store who was so hostile. I hope she sells and moves on to something that has no customer service aspect to it whatsoever because she doesn’t know how to treat other human beings. I hear the IRS is looking for more personnel… Lori would be a perfect fit.
