The open window touring seats are about $12. The first class seats are are conditioned , closed wagon with large windows to look out. and with padded vintage seats that cost $26 per person.
Denise, you'll need to give them a call. We do believe that only first class and ambassador offer that service but it's better to confirm with them.

I believe all ticket prices are the same depending on which compartment you choose (first class, coach, etc...).
