The #94 Septa bus runs from Montgomery Mall to Chestnut Hill. The closest to the Villa that it stops is Wissahickon and Bethlehem Pike. It's a 12 minute walk to the Villa from there. Check the Septa web site for the bus schedule. You can also see a map of its route.
I don't know of any buses. Bethlehem Pike would be the closest bus route.
