Do u have to be a resident of the city, and or have City fishing permits / stickers like Libertyville or is this park open to the public

We don't have city stickers on our vehicles. I think to fish in the lake you need a state issued fishing licences.

I wish there was a definitive answer on that I mean I have my statefishing license I just know that Libertyville only has certain lakes open to the public and I wasn't sure about this one
