Yes,but if you want a Ramada best bet is to reserve it at the Round Lake Beach cultural and civil center. They charge a deposit, but you get it back as long as you leave the Ramada reasonably clean. We had 30, 4 years Olds at a party and got our full deposit back!
We don't have city stickers on our vehicles. I think to fish in the lake you need a state issued fishing licences.
If you go to the little Lake next to civic Center you might be able to let your dogs swim there. It's right next to the dog walk trail that goes around lake.
