The visitor center has room to park a trailer while visiting the center. Not sure about campgrounds. It's a steep and winding road from Durango, and even worse , but more beautiful from Silverton to ouray.

There are r.v.. campgrounds in town, but this is march. Maybe warm and pretty flowers where your ay, but this is Colorado with a normal winter. It is snow packed, and even today it snowed in Silverton
That's a little early in the season for rv parks, there's a lot of snow still. I would suggest calling town hall for any questions regarding legal camping.
