The swings are off the large spinning swing as of March 2019 when we went, but hopefully they will replace them for the summer season. It takes about 2 to 3 adults to get it spinning good.
The parks division for the city does real good jobs with their cleaning the parks and they're maintaining them's
I think they take the swings off for the winter. My three boys were on them and my oldest is 14, the other 2 are 12 and 11. They got it going.
