Actually if you have alot of friends/acquaintances either swap/trade for games you haven't played or sell them to them. You'll get more money and they'll get a better deal too. Personally I keep all of mine and have a large collection because you really don't get much money unless the game is a very new release. Like within 1 to 4 weeks of a very popular release. Something to think about...
Cool thing is, you can actually know how much you'll get before you go! https://m.gamestop.com/trade There are several specials going each week. For PS4, XB1, and Switch games you get an extra $5 for each game on top of it's normal value if you choose store credit! It's actually a great time with E3 going on.
If you want to get rid of them and really don't care about the money then sure but if you want some money for them best if you sell them on offer up or something to that extent.
