The indoor pool and locker rooms are dirty. Childcare service is a joke. All the children are placed in a playroom while the young ladies in there just talk to each other and do very little supervision. The outside pool is also dirty and somehow, always at capacity. I highly recommend you take your money some place else.

My daughter was born with a diagnosis that left her wheelchair bound from birth. Saturday July 9, 2022 my daughter and I went to the Ryan YMCA to go swinning where we were turn away because we were told that no one at the pool knew how to use the lift which would place her in the pool. The staff didn't knew how to press a button to move the lift so she could get in the water where I would have been standing there to receive her. A refund of my July fee and canceling my account doesn't take the tear she cried and the embarrassment she left away. Saying that you're going to make sure there all train now doesn't change anything for her. I hope the changing were made and the next child doesn't have to go through that pain. Have a blessed day
