They won't if you are not a family member of a patient. I don't know what other policy they have regarding that. It's a psych hospital.
You may contact the hospital and provide your contact information and the patient's name. We cannot confirm or deny that the patient is within our facility per regulation guidelines. If the patient is within our facility, we will speak with them and provide them the information. If the patient (or guardian) chooses to provide you the ID or add you to the contact list, that is within their rights.
