The phones are available for patients to call loved ones anytime up till 9:30pm. If you call just have the patient ID number and they will patch you through.
This place is the worst for people who need to get in touch with their family members. I started calling in the morning and called through until late afternoon before I finally got someone to answer. I was able to get an answer by calling in-take at 0931 then had them transfer me to the unit. But it doesn't guarantee the people over the unit will answer.
I have called several times but no one has answered.The voice mail gives The name Celeste Ware. Nothing else not even the name of the hospital. I will continue to call.
Other medical staff at other facilities said just to let their caring nurse supervisor hear your complaint I guess. They probably are understaffed & trying hard to care for our loved ones.
