Is it really that hard to open the sack and see if they're in there before you drive away? It would help if they ask you if you needed them, I suppose. When I order drive thru...I drive thru, take it home and use my silverware.
I've found that if you want condiments, plasticware, onions, pickles, bread, etc IN THE DRIVE THRU, you must ask for it.

Most of the employees assume you'll take it home, since that's what most of the customers do. Just ask for what you need and they'll provide
