Very useless customer service. Dont respond. Just take away the money and don't even send the courier ro correct address, and say they have delivered. Dont use this service. I lost the money Adding reply here: "We sent it to the address provided and the courier indicated that it was delivered. We offered to send it to a US address at no additional cost to avoid any future issues with the courier. We also sent a free emailed copy to ensure the customer could access their evaluation immediately. The customer has not provided an alternate address to receive the replacement copies" -- Which address should I send if I have no one living in the US?? I did not pay the emailed copy right? I paid for the hard copy that should be posted to my home. YOU did not ask for the replacement address in INDIA. Dont post the false replies.
