Does the shelter offer programs for drug and alcohol, what do you need to get in dies the shelter have a place to store your clothes do you got to leave in the morning and come back in the evening

Yes they have have classes for drug and alcohol. You store your clothes in a room with everyone else's on shelves with your name and bed number on the bag. You can only have one small bag of belongings. You don't have to leave the building but you have to leave the dorms and go downstairs to class or chapel.
