I did a walk in and field out a short form and got what I needed. So if you can do a visit they are open Mon thru Fri. I do no that Fri is seniors day only.

You have to live in the zip code I don't think it fair. I feel if you have the fund you should pay that person Bill's if they need help. I needed the help still do they turn me down cause I didn't live in the zip code.

You can get assistance with both. I have been advised that the utility bill will only be paid once a year. Recent changes.
