I have a fire skink (lizard) that lost appetite for the last two weeks and I think she has a repatory infection I need her to be seen ASAP is the reptile doctor always in I’ve been to places where they’re only there a certain day

Usually they are in. Everyones days off alternates and more than one vet sees exotics. Call and make an appointment, let them know about your serious situation and,make an appointment... and if they get a cancellation they will call you before the appointment time and let you know they have an opening. They are very nice and will work with you.
