Hi, we have someone here 24/7 so that we can keep an eye on both the hospitalized pets, but also the boarding pets. We have people that leave their pets with us quite often and have not had a problem. If your pet get's cage aggressive, you may want to look into another type of facility that has more open cages or runs. If your pet has a history of biting, we would be unable to board do to staff safety concerns.
I left my 13 year old rat terrier with them for 6 days. She injured her nose trying to get out of the cage and I was called in Wisconsin immediately. The vet put her on antibiotics and was awesome with her. He is a very good vet. When I picked her up she smelled really good and her toys and blanket smelled fine. There are lots of animals there. We met a man that boards his dog at least once a month because he has to leave on business for a few days. He trusts them implicitly. We are going on vacation in July and will be boarding our dog there again. Hope this helps. They walk them 3 times a day. The only problem is they don't play with them. They are very busy but they're very nice to the animals and they are Christian. Which was very important to me because I am.
