Tickets are always sold at the door unless the show is already sold out. Also, not all shows have covers/tickets but that does not grant automatic entry (i.e. overcapacity).
Depends on the night or event. Most of the events I've been to at Dada have been free. The events that I've been to that require payment are usually under $20

No you need to buy a ticket at the door, but I've never seen it more than $20 if you're worried about price.
As far as I know to even get in the club while there is a concert you must have the tickets prior to showing up and they might sell some at the door
Yes just show up...sometimes it's free...sometime its $5
