They ask ypu for your phone number or email thats how they will look up your receipt from there its all about how long your manufacturing warranty Is Good For and if you have to pay a deductible.

If you're sure you bought it there they have record's of it . Tell them your situation and all the information you have on the appliance such as serial number and they will honor any warranty you have if you have enough information.
