I don't think they are able but its possible to take injured bird to Parker Bird and animal clinic. I think they pick up from them. They are located in Plano.
I called and received an update.
I took a single bird to them a couple weeks ago that had an injured wing and I emailed twice to follow up and they never responded. I even gave a donation when I dropped off the fella. They all seem under staffed and overwhelmed. Makes me worry for all those injured birds fate when they arrive...
I would call them and ask . They said they do pick ups from the power company when they are clearing multiple nests off power lines , but I'm not sure if they would for a single bird .
