Because they're lazy. Just so u know, no one ever works in the jewelry department so u can go to the phone there n call the service desk,they answer then cuz they think it's a coworker n not a customer. That's worked for me at that store. 😉👍🏻

Yes they usually are very busy and can't get a chance to answer the phone.
