You won't find anything at Steve Landers Kia for that price. But you might find a car for that price at Steve Landers Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep in Benton, Arkansas at the Alcoa Road exit. They have lots of trade ins in the back which they usually take to the auction.
They have new and used but nothing like that
I would call customer support and explain your situation, maybe you have a good job and great outlook. They might take that as a down payment on a used and leave you with a low monthly payment this would allow more options I assume. I wish you the best. Just stay positive.
