No you don't need an appointment unless your getting an alignment or they are doing mechanical work on your vehicle then you have to make an appointment
I'll second Chad's response, no appointment needed to my knowledge. I suppose it depends on how much you want done though.
No maam you dont need an appointment. I got my tires there and if they are not to busy, they usually can get you in pretty quick
